2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote or contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, product category, product refer link, target quantity, expected MOQ, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider records technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data such as health information — please do not include them in your inquiry.
3. How we use your information

- To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (preparing a quote); our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and improving our service; your consent where you ask to receive updates; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share information with
- Form processing. Our website forms are delivered through a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms), which transmits your submission to our mailbox.
- Hosting and security. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data as part of content delivery and security.
- Communication providers. Email and WhatsApp providers that carry our correspondence with you.
- Order fulfilment. When you ask us to quote or produce, the specific suppliers, inspection partners and freight forwarders involved in your request receive only the details needed to do that work.
- Legal requirements. Authorities or advisers where we are legally required, or where needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. International transfers
We operate from China and use service providers with infrastructure in other regions, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate contractual safeguards with those providers.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless an active quote, order or legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.
8. Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to keep the site available and protected. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@milebond.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
California residents may also request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, and to have it deleted. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to team members who need it to answer you or fulfil an order, and our service providers operate under contractual confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
11. Children
This site is intended for business buyers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version.
