Every factory passes a 27-point on-site audit
Fire safety, electrical certifications, tooling capacity, QC staff count, export license — we check it all in person before we recommend a factory. Audit reports are yours to share.

2015
The year our team started sourcing
Back in 2015, our founder was running an Amazon store from a small warehouse in Hangzhou. She had a design for a set of paper greeting cards, found what looked like a solid factory on 1688, paid the deposit — and six weeks later got a container full of units that looked nothing like the sample. The factory had quietly switched materials and cut corners.
Years later, working inside a trading partnership, the same problem came back in a different form. Sample fees sat above cost. Freight carried a markup nobody explained. Samples passed and production didn't. Factory visits were staged to impress rather than inform. Improvement proposals that would have cut a client's cost — and our rebate — quietly went nowhere.
We could see exactly what a client should have been paying. We just were not allowed to charge it. So we left, with the team that felt the same way, and set our own rules: fee separate from cost, no rebate income, and the person who quotes your order also runs it.
How we're paid
Three numbers, shown as three lines. If a factory offers us a rebate, it goes to you or it does not happen.
Line 1
The price on the factory's own quotation, with the specification it applies to.
Line 2
The carrier's invoice as we receive it. No hidden freight margin, no "handling" line.
Line 3
A stated percentage or flat fee, agreed before we start. That is the whole margin.

| What you may have seen | What we do instead |
|---|---|
| Sample fees marked up as "handling" | Samples at cost; the fee is credited against your first order. |
| Freight with an unexplained markup | Forwarder invoice shared; our fee is a separate line. |
| Samples that pass, production that doesn't | Sample pulled from the production line; pre-shipment inspection against the sealed sample. |
| Factory visits staged to impress | Visit notes with photos and a "what this factory cannot do" section. |
| Improvements shelved to protect a rebate | Costed options, including the ones that reduce our fee. |
| One quote, no comparison | 3–5 factory quotes by default; you see the spread. |
Hold us to these. If we miss one, tell us — and we will tell you what it cost.
Four things you won't get from a random agent or a 1688 middleman.
Fire safety, electrical certifications, tooling capacity, QC staff count, export license — we check it all in person before we recommend a factory. Audit reports are yours to share.
We show you the real factory price + our 3–8% fee on every quote. No hidden margins, no under-the-table payments. What you see is what you pay.
Before any tooling starts, we sign a simple IP agreement: the mold, the design, and the tooling deposit are yours. No factory can re-sell your product to someone else.
No ticket system, no chatbot. One human on the ground in Yiwu who answers your messages within 24 hours — in English.
Tell us what you want to make. We'll get you a quote in 48 hours, share the audit results, and walk you through sampling — no obligation.
