The problem
The brand needed premium styrofoam protection and a printed color box. At a 2,000-set MOQ and 56-day lead time, small runs were priced and scheduled like a nuisance - and the brand could not commit to large stock.
What we did
We forecast the client annual demand and pre-stocked packaging materials and raw components at no charge, so a 300-set run could be packed and scheduled like a bulk order without losing the premium packaging.
The result
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| MOQ | 2,000 sets | 300 sets (-85%) |
| Lead time | 56 days | 25 days (-55%) |
| Packaging | Basic / unavailable at low volume | Styrofoam + printed color box |
| Order handling | Bulk orders only | Small runs accepted |
